Traditional blister products

(1) Card-insert blister. This is a kind of packaging formed by inserting a paper card into a transparent blister that is folded on three or four sides. It is characterised by the fact that this type of packaging does not require any packaging equipment.

(2) Bottom side blister. A separate tray and a face mask are combined to form a blister.

(3) Tri-fold blister. It is a three-dimensional blister formed by tri-fold blistering, which can effectively display the details of the product from all angles and increase the value of the product.

(4) Blister. It is a blister oil applied to the surface of the blister card by heating. (Note: pet blister cards should be coated with pet oil and pvc blister cards should be coated with pvc oil).

(5) Folded box. It refers to the packaging in which the film is punched and cut out of the folding box with a punching and shearing machine, and then adhered with adhesive to form a box-like product.

(6) Double-layer blister. It is a form of packaging in which the paper card and the product are encapsulated together with two layers of blister at the top and bottom.

(7) Blister box: is a plastic box formed from a single piece of blister material.

(8) Flip Tray. A plastic tray formed by blister processing, generally used for product turnover and protection.

(9) Folded blister: A double-sided blister formed together after blister moulding and folded to form the bottom and surface.

(10) Blister Inner Tray. Is a specific recess made from a rigid plastic sheet placed inside the recess for product protection and beautification.

(11) Pail: is a piece of material rolled and glued together and divided into a base, body and lid.

(12) Cup lid: is formed by a blistering process and is used to protect the food or liquid in the cup.

(13) Cover:It is a kind of cover formed by blister molding process, mainly used to protect the product and make the product more beautiful.

More importantly, the application range of blister moulding is wide: it is used in various industries such as electronics, toys, hardware, crafts and gifts, medicine, food, cultural goods, household goods, etc.
